Animated Comic Book Covers

Earlier this year after I resumed my comic book collecting journey, I found myself in the middle of a lull. I had sent a bunch of comic books to the CGC for grading, and I had posted most of the covers of those comics on my social accounts. While mulling over what I could do next on the social accounts while those comics were graded, I took a look at what other comics book content creators were doing. My eyes lit up when I saw the latest post by westcoast.collectables on Instagram. The cover they posted was animated! I sent a direct message to the account and confirmed they were doing this in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere. I knew I could replicate this! I thanked them and told them I would give them credit for the idea, which I did then and I’m doing now.

This brings me to the focus of this post. Below I have embedded the videos I built. Originally posted to Instagram, these were published on our YouTube channel under the #Shorts channel. I hope you enjoy them. It was a blast creating them!
